What you may receive
By opting into SMS communications from Hi-Fidelity Dental, users may receive text messages related to:
- Appointment scheduling
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Patient follow-up communications
- Treatment or care-related communications
- Billing or account-related updates
- Marketing or promotional communications, when separately consented to where required
Opt out
Users may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After we receive STOP, we will send a confirmation message and discontinue further SMS messages unless you later opt in again or reply START where supported.
